Sunday & Monday 21 & 22 July
We have decided to stay here until Tuesday, mostly because the weather forecast for Monday is for heavy rain followed by strong winds in the wrong direction and also we get a 3rd night here for free here anyway!
On Sunday the weather was lovely and after a last swim we said goodbye to Frances and Olivia who have a journey of 2 busses and 2 trains to get back to Copenhagen.
I spent the morning catching up with the laundry and David looked at the route and fixed things. We had a lovely stroll along the other beach and ate at the street food market.
David finally found a sauna but it wasn’t working.
On Monday we awoke to rain and did some route planning.
Now we are in the flat lands we have to take notice of all the shallows and shifting channels and weigh up which harbours we can get to and moor in with our 2.3m keel!
We plan to set off early on Tuesday so we can get a good spot in the next harbour!
